I really wish I could just go on and on and on about all the interesting and fantastic things I've been up to in the past month.
But alas, I cannot. Mainly nothing that interesting has been going on. >_>

HOWEVER, I did get a shiny laptop to serve as not only my Christmas present, but my birthday present plus what-ever-gift-giving-holidays-that-come-after-that. =D
SONY VAIO - 3GB memory & 140 GB hard drive space.
It came with Vista on it, and it's really not as bad as I thought it would be or even remotely as bad as my dad made it out to be when he had it. =p

I've got TWO WEEKS until Winter Break and I am excited beyond belief.
The final exams might kill me, but I'll have two weeks of recovery time. =D

In other news, I'm pretty sure I've lost all Photoshop knowledge whatsoever. =X

I'VE WRITTEN EXACTLY 1,000 WORDS FOR NANOWRIMO.
Why yes, I did stop writing after the first day.
I obviously don't have my priorities in order.
Oh well, I didn't really have anything I REALLY wanted to write.
Maybe next year, hmm?

It's 9am on November 1st and I am just waking up.
I failed to stay up until 12:01 to start writing, so I'm getting a late start.
I've decided I need at least 833 words before I can have any of the candy my mom bought.
If I don't have it by noon, then I'm not having ANY until the entire day's goal is done.
Falling behind on the first day is nowhere near acceptable, right?
Well maybe my brain would get kicked into gear if the NaNo Forums were actually working.
Are they working for anyone else? Or is it just my computer?

So I thought I'd have time to plot and come up with all sorts of ideas.
But tomorrow's November and I've got nothing.
N O T H I N G.
there is unbelievable panic.
anyone else not have a plot yet?

Which means tomorrow is Monday. 
Which means I am both EXCITED and HORRIFIED.

WHY EXCITED?
There's a certain person that I cannot wait to talk to. <3

WHY HORRIFIED?
There's a certain person that I really, really do not want to talk to, but have to talk to.

It doesn't help that the two are practically inseparable.
It also doesn't help that I have every single class with the both of them.

But I've found my lucky lipgloss.
Let's hope that's enough to get me through the day.

I WROTE 227 WORDS IN 5 MINUTES.
It's 227 words of absolute rambling, but still.
227 words is 227 words.
If I can write at this pace, I can get my daily NaNo word minimum (which I believe is 1667 words) in a little over half an hour.
I'd be rambling for an entire novel, but I think I can deal with that. =D
I'll just edit it to death in December.

So I spent most of yesterday afternoon at a used book store and only got two books.
AND THEY DON'T EVEN REALLY COUNT AS BOOKS D=
One's a French-English dictionary.
The other's a fairly decent self-help book (because I have issues =D).

I'm feeling particularly anti-social today.

This morning I was getting texts non-stop. Of course, I didn't respond to a single one. Now I'm gonna have to explain to everyone WHY I didn't respond. Maybe it would make them feel better if they knew I was ignoring ALL of them instead of just ONE?
*shrugs*

...I need a hair cut. Desperately so. I've been complaining for months and yet I've done nothing about it. It's weird, but I'm having a little anxiety about it. FAILFAILFAIL.

Well I went out and got The Sims 2: Apartment Life. Pretty nifty. Not 30 dollars worth of nifty, but nifty nonetheless. Count on me posting pictures of my fantastic simmies later. =D
MAYBEH I'll give the legacy challenge another shot. >_>
Can I just say that I am totally stoked for TS3? If I had any cash left I'd preorder it right this second.

And I'm referring to my Mythology class. More specifically, my project.

SO I have to write some poetry. I can't write poetry to save my life. Since I'm a gawd-awful procrastinator, I wait until the last day to even start working when this was assigned LAST WEEK.  I think I'll just go crawl in a hole and die now, thanks. I'm sleep deprived, people. So much so that I've tried to rhyme "Cronus" with "oh noes"  and was well convinced for a few minutes that it would work.
